I want to start out the new year by thanking you for trusting us as your personal lawn care experts! As you know, we are a locally owned, family business and without our customers we could not be as successful as we are in the areas around Greensboro and Winston-Salem. We appreciate every single one of our customers. We know that there are many other lawn care companies and we are truly thankful that you chose us. With that being said, we thank you for your patronage and we wish you a happy and healthy new year!
Keep an eye on your mailbox because our prepay letters will be coming out soon! If you have been with us for a while, you know that if you choose to prepay for your yearly service plan you will get some awesome savings. Of course, if you do not have the ability to pay ahead, you may still pay for each round as we treat your lawn.
I want to talk about some exciting initiatives that you will be seeing this year with regards to our 2014 “Go Green with GrowinGreen” campaign. As you may already know, maintaining and enhancing our environment is very important to us so, we’re always looking for better ways to treat your lawn.
Keep an eye out for the following changes:
1. We will be encouraging all of our customers to communicate through email. While we are always available for a friendly phone call, our aim is to encourage you to sign up for our paperless billing option. Not only does this help save trees and our environment, but this also allows us to save money in our office. When we can reduce our costs, we are able to pass those savings on to you by keeping our quality of service high and our prices competitive. Please let us know if we can help you decide which billing options fit your needs best. We offer money-saving pre-payment options, monthly installments, automatic credit card billing or you can pay through your personal account page on our website.
2. GrowinGreen has assembled and trained a really great group of people who absolutely love what they do as well as love our customers. We believe that one of the greatest enjoyments in life is a beautiful, sustainable landscape as well as a thick, luscious lawn. It is even better when we know that we are positively helping the environment at the same time. That is why our mission is to simply “Inspire You to Love Your Lawn”! Our goal is to give you the best lawn and landscape possible so that you can sit back and enjoy your outdoor living space to its fullest.
3. Our most exciting news for the 2014 year is the conversion of our fertility program over to a biological, natural solution. This will allow us to focus on building the health of your soil by returning live cultures to the soil that will increase the soil microbes and other beneficial organisms in the soil. These beneficial organisms will help wake your soil up as well as free up all of the trapped nutrients resulting in a much improved rooting and overall healthier plant all the way around.
