LAWN TREATMENT PROGRAM
To achieve optimal results, you should be on a regular lawn treatment program. Remember that your lawn did not get in bad shape overnight. While you will begin to see results after your first treatment, it will take years to build the nutrient pools required to sustain long term growth. We do not require contracts, but we do ask that you give us at least a year to turn your lawn around. |

WEATHER CONDITIONS & YOUR LAWNWeather plays a vital role in our results. Too much rain or not enough rain can adversely affect the health of your lawn. We will adjust our program to meet the needs of each client based on the current weather conditions and will let you know if you need to water in times of extreme drought to keep the turf actively growing. |

Lawncare & Service SchedulingCommunication is the key! We will visit your lawn every six weeks based on the weather. You are out there every day. We rely on you to let us know when things aren’t quite working the way they should. |

FREE SERVICE CALLSWe offer free service calls but we can’t fix what we don’t know is broken. We will provide you with vital information in our quarterly newsletter, on our website, and with turf tips left after each treatment. However, it’s up to you to call and say, “Hey, I’ve still got weeds” or “I’m not sure what is wrong but it just doesn’t look right.” We are always available to meet with you at no charge to discuss any question(s) you may have. |

Cultural Practices are important! We will provide you with watering and mowing tips each time we treat your lawn. These will change based on current weather conditions. It is crucial for you to follow our recommendations in order to achieve the results you desire. We can treat the lawn to the best of our ability, but, for example, if you mow it too short, weed control results will be adversely affected by 30%. We also highly recommend aeration and over seeding once a year to help replace grass that has died from the summer heat, etc. |
